1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "win28", "we", "us", "our" refers to the win28 platform and its operating entity, accessible at win28.co.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a win28 account.
• "Platform" means the win28.co website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including sportsbook, live casino, slots, and 4D lottery.
• "Account" means the personal account opened in the Player's name upon successful registration with win28.
• "Wallet" means the electronic funds balance associated with a Player's win28 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on an outcome offered through the win28 sportsbook, casino, lottery, or any other gaming vertical on the Platform.
• "Applicable Laws" means all relevant laws, regulations, and gaming authority requirements applicable to the operation of win28 and to the Player's jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the win28 Platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. win28 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under Applicable Laws applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a win28 employee or affiliated entity, unless express written consent has been granted.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from win28 or had a win28 Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not included on any list of prohibited or excluded persons maintained by win28 or any gaming regulatory authority.

win28 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residential address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure, and pending withdrawals may be withheld pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the win28 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. win28 is entitled to rely on the information you provide, and you must notify win28 promptly of any changes to your registration details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win28 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. win28 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact win28 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

win28 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, and Hong Leong Connect. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposits are credited to your win28 Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. win28 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet are processed within 1 to 2 hours of a valid withdrawal request being submitted. Withdrawals to other supported payment methods are processed within the same business day. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. win28 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally practicable. win28 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the win28 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, Toto 4D, or Lottery 4D. These product-specific rules are accessible within each game or betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all products include:

• Bets can only be placed from a funded win28 Wallet. Bets placed in excess of your available balance will be rejected.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended unless the specific product rules expressly permit it (e.g., cash-out functionality in sportsbook where available).
• win28 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error, system error, or where the odds or terms offered were materially incorrect. Affected Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits may apply per bet, per event, or per Player per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• win28 reserves the right to restrict the betting activity of any Player at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to, suspected abuse, arbitrage betting, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

win28 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentive programmes to Players. Any such offer will be governed by specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which will take precedence over this clause in relation to that specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms. win28 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for recreational players only and may not be available to Players whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the win28 Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in software or systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts, or creating accounts in the name of another person.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's technology.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

win28 reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any Account found to be in breach of this clause and to forfeit any balances in that Account pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the win28 Platform — including but not limited to the win28 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of win28 or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of win28.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of Platform content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, win28 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, revenue, or data, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or temporary unavailability of the Platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers that result in delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Any consequence of you providing false or inaccurate registration information.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. win28 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Responsible Gaming

win28 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform offers a range of player protection tools accessible from your Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, temporary cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, win28 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from accessing the Platform.

11. Termination

win28 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting win28 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Wallet (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which win28 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to win28's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit any complaint in writing to win28 customer support, and win28 will endeavour to respond within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to the relevant gaming authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution body as notified by win28. Players in Malaysia are advised that online gambling laws may differ from those in other jurisdictions, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you personally.

13. Amendments to These Terms
